What you would be doing
You will talk directly to real business owners who signed up to DigitalFlyer SA and never used it, mostly on WhatsApp and by phone, helping them take their first real step such as listing their business properly, sending their first invoice, or getting their first review. You will help keep our Jobs board active with real listings. You will write social content in a genuine South African voice. Once you have found your feet, you will help bring new small businesses onto the platform.
You must have
Comfortable making phone calls and WhatsApp calls to strangers. Not afraid of a "no" or a "maybe later". Currently studying marketing, business management, communications or a related field. Own smartphone and reliable data access.
Nice to have
Own laptop. Experience with social media content creation. Interest in small business or entrepreneurship.
Qualifications
None but must be currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme.
