Looking for work
Free forever, and never behind a payment: building your CV, editing it, importing one you already have, all five looks, both file formats, applying for a job, being found by employers, and the spelling and wording check. There is no subscription for job seekers and there never will be.
The one paid thing: after two free rewrites, having our AI rewrite your CV again costs one credit. R45 buys five, which is five CVs aimed at five different jobs. Credits never expire. They are not refundable once spent, and nothing is charged if a rewrite fails.
You never need to buy anything to build a CV, download it, be found or apply. Employers pay to post jobs, and that is what pays for the rest. Read the full guide: How to make a CV for free on your phone

No, and that is deliberate. Our AI does not invent jobs, dates, numbers or skills. It takes the facts you typed in and puts them in the order and the words an employer expects to see. If you did not tell us a number, no number appears. If a job advert asks for a ticket you do not have, we do not claim it. You read every line before you use it, and you can change anything. Every other CV tool sells you the opposite, and the opposite is what gets people caught out in an interview. Read the full guide: How to make a CV for free on your phone
Yes, and it is free. It takes your name, your mobile number, an email address, a password and a code we email you. Your name and number are the first two questions of the CV anyway, so it is barely a detour, and it means the CV is yours from the start: you can close the phone, come back next week, log in from anywhere, and it is exactly where you left it.
No. Upload it as a PDF or a Word file and we read it into your profile for you. You check what we found, fix anything wrong, answer one question about the kind of work you do, and you are finished. The file itself is thrown away immediately and never stored. Read the full guide: How to make a CV for free on your phone
Your name, your number, where you have worked and what you wrote about yourself show only to a registered employer who is logged in, and every one of those views is recorded. Anyone browsing without an account sees the kind of work you do, how long you have done it, your skills, your area and your job titles with dates, and nothing that identifies you. You can switch off being found at any time from your dashboard, and you can delete your CV for good. Read the full guide: How to make a CV for free on your phone
Open the job and tap Apply with my CV. Your CV goes to that employer, and you can add a short note saying why the job suits you. You can see what happened to every application on your dashboard: Sent, Being reviewed, Shortlisted, or Not successful this time. Read the full guide: How to make a CV for free on your phone
Yes, once you have applied. Open that application from your dashboard and you can message them, and they can message you. Both of you get an email when a message arrives. Everything stays on KatisoBiz Jobs so you both have a record of what was said, which protects you as much as it protects them.
Yes. Open that application from your dashboard and tap Pull out of this one. The employer sees that you withdrew rather than being left wondering, and you can change your mind again afterwards. It does not affect any of your other applications.
Yes. Your name, contact number and contact email are on your dashboard under My details. Everything else, including your work history, is editable section by section from your CV: open it and tap Edit next to the part you want to change.
Sign in and open My details on your dashboard. Your contact number is there, and changing it updates every application you have already sent, so an employer who wants to call you gets the new number. This is the one worth checking twice, because a wrong number is the difference between an interview and silence.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We send a link to your email address and you set a new one from there. You do not need to know your old password. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Hiring
Your first post is free, once. After that it is R45 a month for five posts a month, or R69 a month for unlimited posts. If you already pay for DigitalFlyer Growth or a paid KatisoBiz membership, posting is included and unlimited, always. Sign up with the same email you use there and we pick it up automatically. A free KatisoBiz account does not include it.
Thirty days. You can renew it for another thirty in one tap, close it the moment the position is filled, and repost a closed job later without writing it again.
You can close it any time, in one tap from your dashboard, the moment the position is filled. There is currently no way to edit the details of a live post. If something needs to change, close it and post a corrected one instead, it takes less than a minute the second time.
If you pay for posting directly, a lapsed subscription still shows your existing posts for 14 days, giving you time to sort out payment before anything comes down. After that, any post that was not renewed or repaid is removed. If you post for free through a paid Growth or KatisoBiz membership, that depends on that membership staying active, message us if you are ever unsure where you stand.
We email you the moment it happens, at whichever address you set on your dashboard, and the applicant appears under Applicants with their full CV, which you can read on screen or download as PDF or Word. The email carries their note but not the CV itself, because CVs stay behind your login where the view can be recorded.
Open the applicant and message them. They get an email and can reply, and the whole thread stays on their application so you both have a record. Their phone number and email are on their CV too, but the thread is usually faster and it keeps everything in one place. Your own number is never shown on your advert: applicants come to you through the platform.
Yes. Find people lists everyone who has switched on being found, filtered by the kind of work and the area. Full contact details need a registered employer account, and each view is recorded.
Staying safe
Because no real employer needs it before an interview, and asking for it is how most job scams start. We do not have a field for it anywhere. If you type one into a box by accident, we remove it before it is saved.
No. Applying for a job never costs money, and a real employer does not ask you to pay anything before you start. Any post that asks a candidate to pay is held for a person to check before it can go live. If one gets past us, use Report this job on the advert and we will look at it.
Yes, from your CV screen, and it is immediate. Your name, contact details and everything you typed are removed, and you stop appearing to employers at once.
Yes 馃槉 Message us on 068 870 7434 and you will get an answer straight away, whatever the time. Tap a question from the menu, or type your message and one of our team will come back to you.
Ask us anything
A question we have not answered, something that did not work, or an idea for what we should build next. We are new and we would rather hear it than guess.
